The plan includes a full Regulation 21 independent AML audit based on the plan of your choice. It covers a review of your risk assessments, internal controls, staff training as well as a policy & procedure review. Additional remediation work required following audit findings is not included.

Yes. If you're on a subscription basis and request a full audit or review before the scheduled date (within the first few months), there may be an โearly audit fee.โ This fee depends on how far ahead the request is relative to the schedule. Any future payments may be adjusted accordingly.
